Tjorven #3

Earlier on she was at a beauty contest... and didn`t win... what about now? Is she able to go furter on?

I think I will stay with this. she looks quite normal, and she is happy. Maybe I`ll change the lipcolour one day, and do something with her sagging eye.

Chrocheted dresses.

Was away at school for some weeks...got very bored during the evenings. So I got hold of a crochet hook... and this is what came back home with me.
Some of the dresses  are for sale. Crocheted in 100% cotton, make contact if you are interested in one of them. small heart buttons at the back for closing the dress.

A new dress for Tjorven

Sewn a new dress earlier today. Found the fabric at a second hand marked, lots of glitter in the dress... Tjorven Copy doll was hounored to try it on. She is a little bit skinnier than Tjorven

Dukke Lise Magasin #2

Got hold of a lovely little red head.
She`s just adorable and I love her. Look at the lovely red cheeks. The skin is very fresh, and is much better than #1Not rubberlike.
I just have to clean her eyes and her skin a bit, and then she is as good as new.
She came in the mail yesterday. Along with her on the journey she also had a lovely red coat and a red hat, and some green trousers and a blouse.

She immediately made a good connection with #1
Seems like #1 is a little bit longer than #2


So now I made myself som more work... have to make both of them new dresses :)

Pusle copy doll #1

Here is another project going on, still not finished...The hair was badly cutted, the eyes were hanging....So what to do next? I love her face.



the eye was not saveable....so I had to do something ...



Take it easy, it is not the same doll head.  It is from a random doll, but I could use her eyes for to restore Pusle copy doll. This is her new eyes. I think they are stunning and beautiful.


The next is what to do with her head, and how to mend the plugholes. There are big holes after the originally hair...

And it is not easy to live in Norway, because I can not find anything for restoring vinyl dolls. I have to look up on internet for to buy things from different places and outside my country... and that is where I am now... I have found stuff I can use.. but I can not get it to Norway, there are to many restrictions. So at the moment I am stucked...

Restoring Dukke Lise Magasin #1

Got hold of this doll for some weeks ago. Her eyelashes were gone, and one of her eyes did not work at all. One of her legs were also stucked. And she got a yellowish skin. She looked like she was drawn out of the Living dead films...


Had to take some choices of what to do with her... the first thing was her eyes. Didn`t know if I could rescue them at all... So I took them out for to see how damaged they were.
I wanted to use as much as I could of the old doll.


The eyes was saveable... so I cleaned them up, and putted on some new eyelashes. Here are also some other eyes that had to be rescued.














After fixing her eyes, I had to experiment with her skin. She is made of vinyl, but it fells like rubber. Rubber is not the best material to work with. But I think she came out well at last. Don`t you?
At least she got some colour back on her face and body. It is not so much to do with the yellowness in the skin that come along with aging..

I am very satisfied with her now, and have decided to stay with this.

Reerooting of Tjorven #2.

Reerooting of Tjorvens hair. The hair was worn out, and hard to handle.

Just finished reeroting her hair. Have cutted the hair about 5 cm. Now it is time to curl the hair and cut some more of it. Have to cut it at least 15-20 cm more.




Look at her flirty eyes....she`s happy to get a hairdo. And now she longs for to get a haircut and some new curls.




The hair has been curled. It is still wet and I have to do some cutting later.

Kader doll.

Poor little darling is missing his right hand.  He`s getting tired of waiting for to get a new hand. So I have to call out to the whole world about his little handicap.
Is there anyone who got a right hand to my little darling. He is 16 inch or 38-40 cm long. Please make contact.
I would be very happy if someone has this hand for me :)

New dress for Dukke Lise Magasin

Made doll Lise Magasin a new dress. Crocheted in 100% cotton.
Looks a little better than the other suit?



Still have to do something about her skin and her eyes..... it is now in progress.... her feet are now taken off her body, and she`s lying on my kitchen table along with other dolls limbs.... Looks like a crime scene. But the blood is missing.

Dukke Lise Magasin #1

Got a new doll in the mail today: Dukke Lise magasin. She is a bit pale, and one of her eyes are not working well. But she is so adorable, and I have wanted a doll like her for a while.

One day I am going to fix her eyes, put on new eyelashes, put on some fleshpaint, perhaps some new hair too, and then I think she`s going to be a lovely little chubby babydoll.
But for now, this is how she is...stay tuned ;)

Migliorati #1

A chubby little doll I got in the mail yesterday. I belive her name is Muneca, but I am not sure.

I felt for her lovely face, and just needed to have her. She has been washed up and cleaned. The dress came along with her too, and fits her well (also washed up)... so I think it is original. Now she can go on and join the other dolls :)

Copy of Ratti doll

This is the most expencive copy doll I`ve ever bought. But look at her face,she`s worth it.

There are some minor scars, but I think I can fix it someday. Keeps me wondering: are all little girls sadists???!!!
I know I did cut and hurt, my own dolls too when I was younger...

She has just arrived "la Casa" and is still getting to know my (our) home, and getting to know the other girls in the family :)

Ha-ha....Laughing out load :D Beauyt contest.

This poor little darling had very much mismatch of painting in the face when I got her,... so I stripped her face totally for paint, pendrawings etc.
This is my first repaint of tjorven :D Laughing out load.... looked quite well in ordinary dayligt, but when I used blitz.... that was another question.  I stripped her again for all paint, and will try out painting her again another day.

Collection doll: Cissy Coquette

This little lady came to me in the post today. It is a Cissy doll, and no 158 of 500. She is really adorable. She has been on my wishlist for a while. I`ve searched some time for to get her for a reasonable price. And as you can see. I found it :)

Poor little darling. She was soooo dirty. I think someone have had a makeover for to get some tan :)
Or perhaps someone have had a deepdive in mommys makeup bag ...
