Ratti Doll, 40 cm long.

This is a Ratti doll at 40 cm. I wish I could get some more information about her, like her real name. Så I hope some of you readers are able to help me?

She was very dirty and sandy when she came home to me, after a journy of 1,5 month. Quite a long travel.
So she was really in need for makeover and a bath for to get rid of all the dust.


As you can see the hair is moulded, and then fabric sewn.


She`s at bit higher than my other Ratti dolls who`s 30 cm long. Maybe she`s her bigger sister?  They have a very similar face. Here she stands along with Pusle Maria.
Seems like the shirt is made for her, but the underwear is not made for her.


After a bath, and a little combing of the hair.


She even got a little tummy.


Since her travel clothes are wet, she was in need of borrowing some clean and dry clothes. And Dukke Lise was so kind. She even borrowed some originally Dukke Lise clothes to my new Ratti.


All over happy to join the other family menbers, and are looking for a place in it. Got to get hold of the family lines for her.

A lovely little missy came to town. Got this from a doll lady like myself, she`s just a wonderful and adorable lady.
The dolls from her is in very good shape, and the clothes are nice and really looking well. All over the doll and the clothes are neat and clean.

Had to spread them out. A lot of originally Dukke Lise clothes. Just so lovely and adorable. looks like they have never been played with.


Opening the paper very slowly, ... My heart was jumping.. look, she`s asleep, and not alone. She got company by a little one.


I just love theese Magasin dolls, they are just my thing. I think the family of Magasin dolls are going to grow. They all got got their own look.
It is a little spot on her cheeks, but it`s a minor thing. I can fix it.


She`s taking good care of her little baby.


And they are wearing the same outfit.


Welcome both of you to our family of Magasin. You will be well taken care of. And we are all going to play around and have some fun.

Update for Pusle copy

Restoring of Pusle copy doll.
An updating for you. She has gotten some new hair today.
Earlier: missing one eye, and the hair was horrible.


Torn away all the hair,


Today, new hair and new eyes. I putted on more hairplugs than it was before.I have not curled and styled the hair yet, so it is still to come another update on her later.


She had big holes in the scalp after the fabric sewn hair.


This is the end result. At last I found something in Norway I could use for to mend the holes.

Tjorven #4

A Tjorven doll with black hair. She`s quite a lady. I am very fond of all the differences of the makeup colours theese dolls got.


Have to decide what to do with her eyes. Looks like her eyes are damaged and cracked. But for the moment she will stay like this.

New dress for Dukke Lise Magasin

Made a new dress for Dukke Lise. I am very fond of bright colours... and lucy me found some fabric in my drawers.


Even made her a underskirt with 2 layers

Tjorven #3

Earlier on she was at a beauty contest... and didn`t win... what about now? Is she able to go furter on?

I think I will stay with this. she looks quite normal, and she is happy. Maybe I`ll change the lipcolour one day, and do something with her sagging eye.

Have been busy with my sewing macine.

This is an old pattern I have. And the swing in the dress is stunning. Maria is ready to go out and show her friends her new dress.

Chrocheted dresses.

Was away at school for some weeks...got very bored during the evenings. So I got hold of a crochet hook... and this is what came back home with me.
Some of the dresses  are for sale. Crocheted in 100% cotton, make contact if you are interested in one of them. small heart buttons at the back for closing the dress.

A new dress for Tjorven

Sewn a new dress earlier today. Found the fabric at a second hand marked, lots of glitter in the dress... Tjorven Copy doll was hounored to try it on. She is a little bit skinnier than Tjorven

Dukke Lise Magasin #2

Got hold of a lovely little red head.
She`s just adorable and I love her. Look at the lovely red cheeks. The skin is very fresh, and is much better than #1Not rubberlike.
I just have to clean her eyes and her skin a bit, and then she is as good as new.
She came in the mail yesterday. Along with her on the journey she also had a lovely red coat and a red hat, and some green trousers and a blouse.

She immediately made a good connection with #1
Seems like #1 is a little bit longer than #2


So now I made myself som more work... have to make both of them new dresses :)
